Homes For Rent By Owner !Our Listing Service now offers owners the option to list your home 1) For Sale only, or 2) For Sale or Rent, or 3) For Rent only. Just make your Listing Type category selection when you register your ad. You buy one ad to list your home then select which ever listing type you desire and you can change this Listing Type category any time, with no additional charge. Just log in and select the Change Required Information option from your ad administration menu. The Ad Prices and Types are the same for either Listing Type selected. If you have multiple rental properties you are welcome to buy one ad and just keep renewing it as needed, you are also free to change that ad to offer a different property if you desire. How much of your time do you need to save to get your moneys worth from a $49.50 ad that will run for 45 days? Owners can save themselves and their Prospective Renters a Lot of Time showing their rental property to prospects who are really not interested in the property at all by including 5 photos in your ad and directing those prospects to view your ad online then call for an appointment if they are interested. Only those who are Seriously Interested prospects will want to go look at it after they have seen your 5 photos. This literally can save Hours of time driving around town and waiting on each other just to discover the prospect is not at all interested in that specific home. The Search for Rental Homes is fully integrated into our normal search pages - just select the Listing Type you desire, either For Sale or For Rent. If a home is listed Both For Sale or Rent, it will be found in the search results for either search since it is listed for both categories. Renters can also sign up for our Free New Listing Notification Service to be automatically notified of new Homes For Rent Listings matching your area of interest and price range.
